Here at Bell Truck and Van, we are looking for a passionate customer service expert who will be responsible for delivering, handing over and demonstrating the Mercedes-Benz and Fuso Canter product range, educating and supporting our customers in the best methods to operate vehicles as per the guidelines set out by the Company and Mercedes-Benz.

About the Company:
Bell Truck and Van are Mercedes-Benz franchised dealers, working across 5 sites (Newcastle, Billingham, Spennymoor, Stockton, Halifax) with our state-of-the-art head office based at the Team Valley, Gateshead. At each of our facilities, our staff are experienced professionals who specialise in providing support to businesses of all shapes and sizes. We proudly supply both new and used trucks and vans and then also offer an array of aftersales services, this includes overnight vehicle servicing and MOTs, genuine parts and more!
Your main duties will include:
- Working closely with the Sales department to deliver the services of truck trainer to existing customers and prospects
- Carrying out all truck training to Mercedes-Benz guidelines, representing Bell Truck and Van in a professional and competent manner to internal and external customer in both new and used trucks
- To provide ongoing support and truck training to the customer, covering different shift patterns to suit the customer across the UK
- Monitoring truck performance and fuel performance via our online software and being able to explain these reports to the customer, suggesting ways to improve
- To collect and deliver vehicles to suppliers and customers across the UK
