CSTAR. Your Opinion Matters.


The CSTAR programme is the customer satisfaction programme for Mercedes-Benz Trucks. CSTAR stands for 'Customer Star' and means 'Customers are our Stars' and we need your help to ensure that we are providing the service you deserve.

If you have purchased a truck from Bell Truck and Van or your truck has visited us for a service, you may receive a CSTAR questionnaire. The short survey is sent via email with a link that is valid for 21 days after being received. You will be asked to rate different elements of your experience from 1 to 5 stars. It will only take a couple of minutes to complete and the happier you are with the service you have received the more stars you can assign.
