We have a unique opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our Billingham team.
Candidates would be joining a well established team that thrives by driving the standard in customer care. Reporting to the General Aftersales Manager, key objectives include ensuring quality control, conducting audits, general compliance and ensuring correct health and safety standards/procedures are followed.
Key responsibilities include maintaining an excellent level of customer service, managing and coaching a team of vehicle technicians and apprentices, ensuring targets and business objectives are met, liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless service for customers, scheduling work to meet customer needs and ensuring that all work complies with health and safety and manufacturer policy, as well as company standards.
The ideal candidate should have a full UK driving licence, experience in a dealership, strong IT skills and previous experience in Workshop Control and as a fully qualified technician. Applicants must have strong organisational and IT skills, problem solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership skills and be able to work under pressure.
