Warranty Administrator and Invoice Clerk - Longbenton and Team Valley


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Administrator and Invoice Clerk to join our busy team at our Longbenton and new Team Valley depots.

This role involves processing Mercedes-Benz R&M and Warranty claims correctly and in a timely fashion in order to meet our commitment to our customers. Candidates must be organised, dilligent and hardworking. They should also be polite, pro-active and able to work well as part of a team. Working within tight deadlines and good attention to detail is essential as is a positive, can-do attitude.

Experience in the Motor Trade or commercial vehicle background, and warranty administration experience would be preferred but may not be necessary for an otherwise ideal candidate. Applicants must have strong IT skills, and experience with Kerridge is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must be fully flexible and available to work overtime if necessary to suit the business' changing needs.
