We’re looking for a Sales Administration Manager to join our sales administration department at our Longbenton/Team Valley Head Office.
Candidates must have a confident, positive attitude and have experience of managing a team. Previous sales administration experience within the motor trade is essential. This is a challenging role, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the department, to ensure that the department achieves its targets and the company achieves its objectives.
Key responsibilities within this management role include; assisting in the development of the sales administration department and ensuring processes are being followed and continuously reviewed and developed. To ensure that all vehicle orders are fulfilled correctly, that they are monitored until they are sold and that they are correctly taxed for handover on receipt of payment. To continually monitor stock levels and stock values in line with the Financial Director’s recommendation, whilst also being able to motivate, mentor and manage a small team including personal development and training plans and carry out any other sales support tasks to progress vehicles as required.
