We are currently looking to recruit two Aftersales Business Development Executives to join our team at the Longbenton/Billingham sites.
The ideal candidate must be proactive and have the drive and enthusiasm to achieve the company’s aims and objectives. Previous experience of 3-5 years of sales or marketing within the motor trade as a minimum.
You must be a confident individual possessing vast experience in networking to build a large client base and the ability to identity decisions makers within the client’s business. Ideally, you will be a self-assured individual who is a confident public speaker, planning approaches and pitches and setting up meetings with company leaders.
Key duties include: sourcing a robust pipeline of opportunities within your market or geographic area, researching and building relationships with new clients, alongside enhancing existing relationships, handling objections, presenting new products and services, working with other departments within the company to meet customer needs, submitting weekly progress reports ensuring data is accurate, correspondingly enter data correctly into company’s CRM, tracking and recording activity on accounts and helping close deals to meet targets.
Business Development Management qualifications desired but not essential
